Responsibilities Tasks

Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services Direct and control daily operations

Evaluate daily operations

Plan and organize daily operations

Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems

Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
