MODERN DESIGN STUCCO LTD Job title: Stucco Plasterer Location: Richmond, BC Rate: $27.00-$29.00/hour for 30-50 hrs/week Vacancies: 01 Experience: 1 to 2 years Education: High School Required Job Summary: Looking for a responsible Stucco Plasterer who can handle various physically demanding tasks such as apply interior or exterior plaster, cement, stucco or similar materials while developing your skills and learn new construction techniques in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Apply coats of plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, or partitions of building, using trowels, brushes or spray guns Repair worn-down stucco, install new stucco Clean and Prepare surfaces for applications of plaster, cement, stucco or similar materials such as drywall taping Apply weatherproof, decorative coverings to exterior surfaces of buildings, such as troweling or spraying on coats of stucco Spray acoustic materials or texture finish over walls or ceilings Mix mortar and plaster to desired consistency or direct workers who perform mixing Rough the undercoat surface with a scratcher so the finish coat will adhere Remove all tools and scaffolding from the job site and ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained at the end of every workday Skills: Familiarity erecting scaffolding and working with ornamental design tools Ability to travel out of town during the week or on weekends Ability to meet tight deadlines Able to lift heavy equipment How to Apply: Please email your resume to moderndesignstucco@gmail.com
